Paula not only manages the studio and cafe, but teaches a variety of yoga classes Mondays and Wednesdays, occasionally subbing for other instructors!
Fitness By Dan
Dan is our go-to cardio and strength trainer! He teaches many classes here such as The Early Birds sessions 2x/week Tues/Thurs 6am-7am!
Christy
Christy teaches Yoga Sculpt 7:15am - 8:15am and the Summer Deck Yoga on Saturdays from 9am - 10am!
